Account Deletion

Which games does this page apply to?
This page applies to all games published by Verijoy Studio.
- Games with account creation (e.g. Arrowdoku: Brain Logic Puzzle): you can request deletion of your game account as described below.
- Games without account creation: some of our games do not require an account. They may support Google Play Games sign-in solely for cloud saves and achievements — that data is stored and managed by Google under your Google Account. For these games, there is no developer-side account to delete.
How to delete your account
The fastest way is directly in the game:
- Open the game's Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.
If you cannot find this option or have trouble using it, please contact us as described below.
How to request deletion by email
If you cannot use the in-game option, email us at privacy@verijoystudio.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Please include:
- The game name (e.g. Arrowdoku: Brain Logic Puzzle)
- Your in-game Player ID (found in the game's Settings)
We will verify the request, process the deletion, and confirm by email within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes the account registered on our servers and the data associated with that account, such as your leaderboard records.
Please note: your game progress and other game data are stored locally on your device and are not affected by account deletion. To remove local game data, please uninstall the game.
Important note about subscriptions
If you have an active VIP subscription, deleting your account does not cancel the subscription. To avoid further charges, please cancel your subscription separately in Google Play: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
